Code of Ethics Training - NAR requires ALL REALTORS® to complete 2.5 hours of ethics training every 3 years. The current cycle ends on December 31, 2021. If you take a qualifying ethics course as part of your license renewal, you do not have to take an additional ethics class to comply with the requirement. Education Scholarship - The Fayette Board of REALTORS® presents two $125.00 educational scholarships per year to deserving REALTORS® to help them continue their education and professional development. Members may apply for this scholarship once every two years. Applicants must currently be a member of the Fayette Board and are required to have held membership for at least 2 years. This scholarship may be used for any real estate related educational classes.
Designations and Certifications - The National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide-range of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.
